Ken Dennis, a lifetime professional driver, learnt the truth about trucks first hand. “I’ve driven all makes and models on all types of roads and highways”, Ken said. “The one thing that was true about all of them was that they all had problems. It could be in the suspension, the alignment, the steering, the ride or in all of them together”. “After spending thousands of dollars on service, repairs and modifications, I decided there had to be a better way, a better, more lasting solution. One that would make the truck safe to drive”. That’s where the Truck Whisperer comes in. Ken spent years testing, improving and refining his Advanced Steering Management System (ASMS) and launched the Truck Whisperer onto the commercial transport after-market 10 years ago. Since then, Ken has tamed thousands of tough trucks and 4WD's at his original Truck Whisperer Centre in Benalla, Northern Victoria and franchise locations. “The drivers come in complaining that they’ve been through a whole range of service and repair processes, changing suspension systems, alignments, after-market shockers, the works”, Ken said. “They arrive here often frustrated, hating their trucks and often physically exhausted from fighting the truck over every kilometre of road”. “We take the truck on, and usually within a couple of hours they’re back in their cabs and on their way”, he said. “In every case, the driver has driven away fully convinced that their truck is now handling the way it should”. Ken Dennis and his Truck Whisperer team have simply got it right when many others haven’t. They simply tame tough trucks, making them safer and more comfortable to drive. Their secret? Ah, now that’s their business! Truck Whisperer's Charitable Contributions 'Truck Whisperer' is a proud sponsor of a 1967 HR Holden Station Wagon, that took part in the 2004 Variety Bash, commencing in Melbourne, Victoria and successfully completing the journey some 11 days later in Darwin, Northern Territory, raising many thousands of dollars for charity.
