Not a wheel alignment. Not a suspension tweak.
Australia's only patented truck steering correction.

Truck Steering Diagnostics & Heavy Vehicle Inspection
Most truck mechanics treat the symptoms. We find the cause. Using Ken's 45+ years of transport and heavy vehicle experience and his patented methodology, our truck steering diagnostic process uncovers the hidden faults other repairers miss. These are inherent steering defects built into trucks since the 1960s — the root cause of wandering, vibration, power steering problems, and driver fatigue. No guesswork. No surface fixes. A complete heavy vehicle inspection that goes deeper than any wheel alignment or suspension check.

ASMS Truck Steering Correction — Power Steering Repairs That Last
The Advanced Steering Management System (ASMS) is the world's only patented truck steering correction — and Truck Whisperer is its sole operator in Australia. It's not theory. It's not a wheel alignment. It's a complete rewrite of how your truck steers — correcting the inherent faults that cause wandering, vibration, pulling, and uneven tyre wear at the source. Drivers feel the difference the moment they take the wheel: Up to 75% reduction in driver fatigue Instant control — even in a steer tyre blowout Smoother handling and safer road tracking Better fuel efficiency and reduced tyre wear Once corrected, your truck works with you — not against you.

Fleet Truck Steering Services & Heavy Vehicle Inspection Programs
For transport companies running multiple vehicles, fleet-wide ASMS correction delivers results that go far beyond a standard truck service or wheel alignment program. By applying Ken's heavy vehicle inspection and steering correction process across your fleet, operators see: Consistent, safer steering across all units Reduced driver fatigue and improved driver health Lower tyre and fuel costs fleet-wide Reduced downtime and maintenance spend Measurably better driver satisfaction and retention Available for long-haul, logistics, and mining fleets across Australia. On-site inspection available nationwide.

Meet Ken Dennis — Australia's Most Experienced Truck Steering Specialist
Ken Dennis isn’t your average mechanic — he’s spent more than 45 years in transport and heavy vehicles, starting as a truck driver and working across aviation and mechanical trades before dedicating his career to solving one of the industry’s most frustrating problems: inherent steering faults.
In 1986, Ken uncovered the truth that most in the transport industry still overlook: steering problems in trucks aren’t caused by wear and tear, they’re built into the vehicles themselves. His refusal to accept “that’s just how trucks are” drove him to develop the world’s only patented Advanced Steering Management System (ASMS).
The nickname “The Truck Whisperer” came from journalist Garry Mitchell of Owner Driver magazine, after he personally experienced the before-and-after transformation of a truck Ken worked on. The name stuck — because Ken has a proven ability to fix what others insist can’t be fixed.
Ken’s mission is simple but powerful:
Make trucks safer to drive.
Reduce operator fatigue and health risks.
Save fleets and drivers time and money.
Every truck that leaves his workshop is proof that the industry doesn’t have to accept steering issues as “normal.” With a patented system, decades of expertise, and a relentless drive to put things right, Ken is now extending his work beyond Australia to help operators worldwide.
If your truck is wandering, pulling, shaking the wheel, or leaving you exhausted at the end of a shift — that's not normal, and a wheel alignment won't fix it. Ken has spent 45 years proving that. Book a truck steering inspection today and find out what your truck is actually capable of.

Steering issues finally sorted after all those years. Excellent result - they fixed what others couldn't. Good people to deal with!

The Results Speak For Themselves.
Drivers don’t need convincing — they feel the change as soon as they take the wheel.

After he worked on her we went for a test drive. I had not moved more than about 20 metres before noticing the different feel in the steering. I felt more of a direct connection with the wheels. On the drive around the same route we had taken only a couple of hours earlier, the improvement was nothing short of amazing. No wandering, or rolling, or ‘diving’ when I left the bitumen. Under steer was noticeably reduced and she held straight and true through dips. Happy days!

The extra attention to detail over and above the steering upgrade was for me real results. Great work guys! Many thanks!
