Who is the Truck Whisperer.
Ken Dennis isn’t your average mechanic — he’s spent more than 45 years in transport and heavy vehicles, starting as a truck driver and working across aviation and mechanical trades before dedicating his career to solving one of the industry’s most frustrating problems: inherent steering faults.
In 1986, Ken uncovered the truth that most in the transport industry still overlook: steering problems in trucks aren’t caused by wear and tear, they’re built into the vehicles themselves. His refusal to accept “that’s just how trucks are” drove him to develop the world’s only patented Advanced Steering Management System (ASMS).
The nickname “The Truck Whisperer” came from journalist Garry Mitchell of Owner Driver magazine, after he personally experienced the before-and-after transformation of a truck Ken worked on. The name stuck — because Ken has a proven ability to fix what others insist can’t be fixed.
Ken’s mission is simple but powerful:
Make trucks safer to drive.
Reduce operator fatigue and health risks.
Save fleets and drivers time and money.
Every truck that leaves his workshop is proof that the industry doesn’t have to accept steering issues as “normal.” With a patented system, decades of expertise, and a relentless drive to put things right, Ken is now extending his work beyond Australia to help operators worldwide.

Steering issues finally sorted after all those years. Excellent result - they fixed what others couldn't. Good people to deal with!

The Results Speak For Themselves.
Drivers don’t need convincing — they feel the change as soon as they take the wheel.

After he worked on her we went for a test drive. I had not moved more than about 20 metres before noticing the different feel in the steering. I felt more of a direct connection with the wheels. On the drive around the same route we had taken only a couple of hours earlier, the improvement was nothing short of amazing. No wandering, or rolling, or ‘diving’ when I left the bitumen. Under steer was noticeably reduced and she held straight and true through dips. Happy days!

The extra attention to detail over and above the steering upgrade was for me real results. Great work guys! Many thanks!
